India to award $100m in scholarships for the development of children

India has announced a $100 million scholarship program for the children of its war veterans.

It comes after the country’s parliament passed a bill allowing it to award scholarships for children up to the age of 10.

The program is part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s campaign to ensure that Indian youth have the best chance of a bright future.

The new initiative will be announced on Thursday, and is designed to help Indian children get better educations and be prepared for future jobs.

India has a population of about 8.6 billion, according to the World Bank, and the country ranks 130th in terms of its literacy rate, behind the United States, Germany and the Philippines.

It has one of the highest rates of child malnutrition in the world.

The country has also seen an increase in child labor, according the World Health Organization.

India’s children, like other young people, are under pressure to conform to the nation’s strict dress codes, which include no clothing that covers their heads, arms or genitals, and strict rules on hygiene.

The government has been pushing for improved health and nutrition standards in the country, including through the creation of more health centres and school cafeterias.

India’s children live in poverty, the World Hunger Foundation reported in a report earlier this year.

This year, India was ranked 124th in the UN’s index of poverty and inequality.
